Online orders

Shop online or visit our showroom. For custom furniture, contact us with the details you have on hand. Not sure what information to prepare? Don’t worry, we’ll take you through every step of the way.

Al Huzaifa accepts online payments, payments in installments & cash/card payment at the time of delivery. A deposit may be required for custom orders to kick off production.

We're sorry. There have been some unforeseen delays, which means your order will arrive later than planned. We know this isn't ideal. And we know how excited you are about your order – we can’t wait to see how much you love it, too. Which is why we’re working non-stop to get your item[s] to you as quickly as possible.

You're unable to add on further items to an order after purchase. If anything was missed, you'll need to contact us and we can cancel the order for you. You will then need to place a fresh order.

We travel to various locations to find you the best furniture makers in the world, all of our products are manufacturing by various suppliers in different locations.

PU leather is a type of faux leather, the material is durable which is great for busy households, it's easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth and a great alternative to natural leathers as it is a low-maintenance material.

We recommend professional cleaning only and to be mindful that PU can be torn by pet claws.

We don't offer this service, so please ensure the area where you'd like your new furniture to be placed is clear before the carriers arrive.

Take a look at the dimensions of the item, found on the left-hand side of the product page towards the bottom. We provide all the measurements you'll need to see if your new product will be able to pass through your front door, into your chosen room.

Absolutely. We offer free of charge assembly for all the items that you purchase from us.

Delivery & Returns

Expect delivery within a maximum of 5 days after successfully placing your order.

The length of time to complete a bespoke furniture order will depend on the size and complexity of the piece.

We ship to UAE, Oman & Saudi Arabia. For other locations, a third-party delivery or cargo company may be tapped. See our delivery charges.

All products are covered by a standard warranty for manufacturing defeceditts. See our warranty policy.

You can then view all the details of your order including dispatch dates, contact details we have for you, delivery address and order status.

Product Care Instructions

Cleaning

  • Dust regularly use a clean, dry and non-abrasive cloth or use a vacuum cleaner with a small brush attachment.
  • For water soluble stains and grease stains, remove the stains IMMEDIATELY from the surface with absorbent cloth or paper towel. Clean stains in a circular movement, working from the outside towards the center gently.
  • Use only Al Huzaifa Furniture instructed leather care kit for leather maintenance.
  • Use of water and/ or other solution is not recommended and should not be part of your regular cleaning routine.
  • For Nubuck & Suede leather, use the same procedures described as above. Buff delicately using a dry cloth after the leather has been cleaned and dried, to restore the Nubuck effect.

 

Tips for proper leather care

  • Dust your leather sofa using a soft duster or a dry and non-abrasive cloth weekly or when necessary.
  • Use Leather Protection Cream to condition the leather every 3 – 6 months.
  • Use a leather cleaning solution to remove stubborn grime and dirt. Avoid excessive force and dry immediately.
  • Never use leather cleaning solution for Aniline leather.
  • Each type of leather requires individually professional leather care products, so take care when making the appropriate selection. Please refer to below types of leather:
    • Aniline leather – ‘FULL ANILINE’ / ‘ANILINE PLUS’
    • Pigmented leather – ‘PROTECTED’
    • Nubuck & Suede leather – special ‘FULL ANILINE’
    • Oil & Wax Pull-up Leather - special ‘FULL ANILINE’ / ‘ANILINE PLUS’


WARNING

  • Avoid using water or any cleaning solution on leather as it can cause leather’s protective finish to wear off.
  • Always keep leather surface dry. Avoid direct sweat contact.
  • Never use the following products or products containing these ingredients on leather. They may result in leather peeling, cracking and discoloration
    -Soap, toothpaste, perfume, nail polish, makeup remover, various ointments, lotion or liquid products not meant for leather;
    -Any kinds of chemical, oil, detergent, bleach and other cleaning products;
    -Petroleum, alcohol, menthol, camphor, liquid paraffin, butanone, acid, alkali, ethers, ketones, benzene, and other similar substance.
  • Place the sofa at least 50cm from any heat source such as hair dryer, heaters or radiators.
  • Do not expose your sofa to direct sunlight or strong light source to preserve the colour of the covering.
  • Be careful with highly pigmented clothings (e.g. dark denim).
  • Keep sharp objects such as buckles, keys and toys away from leather furniture.
  • Use of products not recommended by Al Huzaifa Furniture will void warranty.

Our bespoke furniture service caters to per-piece orders. Meanwhile, our interior design service caters to designing and outfitting an entire room, space or property, and as such includes end-to-end services, from project management to furniture collection (bespoke and/or ready-made) up to final staging and placement.

The price of each bespoke furniture order will depend on the size, complexity of the piece, materials used and other key factors. Price range will be provided during the project proposal stage. Due to the nature of the order, custom pieces tend to be higher-valued than ready-made furniture. See the prices for our ready-made pieces here.
